• Re: LIQUID STILL THRIVES IN MY STUDIOS - use it seven days a week

JMSVIDEOPRODUCTIONS:Alot of folks at least still must be interested in Liquid...52 views to this one thread and counting!!! Even more by the time of this post (126 reads). Yes, there are many of us who check into this forum, most likely for nostalgic reasons (including me!). I have Liquid on my old Win XP editing computer, but ...

  • Re: Confused about Pinnacle Versions.

MarvNauman: I'm new and bought Dazzle/Pinnacle HD (ver 14) on a Win PC Win 7. Your description of the Dazzle model, namely (ver 14), indicates that it came with Studio 14 software. If that is the case, version 14 of Pinnacle Studio should do what you require and you should not need additional software.

  • Re: My Liquid came to an end

I still have a functioning installation of Liquid 7.2 on my old XP computer, but in a few weeks it will be replaced by a Win 7 system to be used for general work and Internet browsing, and then it's Good Bye to Liquid . I have MC installed on a powerful Win 7 machine and that is what will continue to edit my videos, particularly AVCHD from ...

  • Re: CD-RW Discs

As Joe says, the simplest, the most reliable and likely the cheapest solution to long term storage of large music libraries is an external hard drive. As an example, last year I bought a Western Digital 1 TB external drive with USB-3 connectivity for $65.00 at Walmart. There are probably better quality drives ...

  • Re: Windows 8 revisited -- my nightmare ...

An interesting thought about BARYE's favourite OS, Vista: The Vista version number is NT 6.0, while Windows 7 is NT 6.1! So it would appear that Win7 is a bug fix for Vista Wasn't it someone on these forums (fora?) who said that we should always stay away from any software with a version x.0?

  • Re: class on demand pinnacle studio question

Often a training DVD will be updated for a new version by only releasing a DVD covering the differences and for a reduced price to owners of the original. For example, this happened with the Liquid training DVD from ADITA when Pinnacle added Secondary Colour Correction (version 6.1?), and again when the last Liquid Ver. 7 was ...

David Hunt: Or whatever http://news.bbc.co.uk/dna/place-lancashire/plain/A660241 The Frog and Frigate in your link sounds like a fun pub. Obviously they don't serve any ''stodge'' there.
