Studio has a Frame Grabber that grabs a Video Frame from Studio Project Timeline, saved as a JPEG that can be added to the Timeline or Saved to Disk. But no API Plugin from another Program.

Program Data is a hidden W7 OS Folder, here. Therefore the Render Folder is hidden, Saby

If you don't have Background Rendering enabled, enable it & let the whole Clip Render & then go back to Editing.
Background Rendering starts at first Scene, with pale green Progress Bar, turning to Dark Green as Scene is Rendered, changing to Orange when Scene is Rendered.
