I have tried other flv files as well and get the same results.

At least for computer 2, a possible reason could be that it has a Sandy Bridge CPU. The video decoder for H264/MVC tries to use hardware acceleration on that platform. The library for hardware decoding is provided by Intel as a part of the graphics driver. Maybe this is not the latest version so it is only recognized as H264.

There is currently no way to burn a 3D Blu-Ray disc. This is not a technical, but a license restriction (3D Blu-Ray is currently only allowed on BD-ROM).
