Thanks for the codes. We have problem with opening MP4 files, it says - Error Opening File. The video file ....mp4 could not be opened.   What can cause it? With other formats it works.

For your keys you can send me a private message providing your PS11 passport number (not your license key) and your registration email address.  Is PASSPORT NUMBER the same as SERVICE ACCESS CODE?
