Trail and error has failed.    When I open a title, there seems to be no way to control where is lands.    I have run time line to end, open load title, dumps it on top of another title?  

Working on videos of a presentation mage by a speaker.   Most speakers will speck louder, and softer.  Is there a way to lower loud vocal, boost softer vocal so a more consistent vocal track. Thanks
