Although this shouldn't matter try the following....
After copying the clip to the time line but before right clicking to bring up the context menu and selecting Pan and Zoom,
Move the play head back to the beginning of the clip.
Then right click to bring up the context menu and then select Pan and Zoom.
You should then see the Green (start) ...

Not sure. In animate mode are you using one of the presets or custom? Maybe you can outline your steps so we can replicate the issue.

Good pickup. It looks like the thumbnail size adjuster went missing in the new PS24 Title Editor. I checked PS23 and it is still there in the Legacy editor although this provides no comfort to you.

I don't have an answer for you but here are some things to consider. Its basically a process of elimination.Are the errors random or do they always happen in the same place?If you cut the length of the video in half and then export do the errors occur?Reduce the number of tracks exported, do the errors occur?
