    Thanks saby, I have downloaded the TRIAL version so will try to see if I can do that.I just looked at the video I made using PowerDirector 7 and the FlipII transition was used more as an effect than a transition. I just split the video and inserted the FlipII transition which spun and flipped and the same video was on both sides but the background ...

    Starting again as I inadvertently deleted the previous Thread when I felt sure I was just deleting a post I had inadvertently duplicated.As I said I originally started with Pinnacle way back in the days of Pentium 4 processors and gradually worked around to PowerDirector14.Now I am thinking of upgrading to PD17 but it still has the FLIPII ...
