Hi. I seems to me that you are not alone.!!! The support team has the same policy: asking again and again for the same info and not replying to your specific problem 

Some pictures are showed tilted  90 degrees in the Library while in other picture app. are shown '' ok''. Anybody knows why and how to solve the problem? PS25 ultimate.  Thank you 

I remember readind  some tutorial that if you have both intel and nvidia cards you should disable the intel card and choose CUDA  in the control panel of STUDIO.

1 To have the scrollbar at a certain ZOOM ( would like to see  a segment of only a few minutes at a time on the scroollbar - say 20-25  minutes.)Have it ''locked'' at a certain zoom  2 . Using STUDIO 23 ULTIMATE 

1.  Is there a way to adjust the timeline scrollbar to a certain length and have it remain steady till adjusted otherwise?  2. The ''GROUP'' feature that groups clips together stays  on for how long? Adding ''time freeze'' to either a picture or video clip the picture or the video clip become a black segment ( studio 23 ultimate)  Anyone with a solution? 

Is it a way to adjust the duration of multiple transitions ( transition in/ transitions out) like the ability to adjust the duration of multiple selected pictures in one selection?
