I just emailed them both.  Thank you, Saby.  Hopefully we can get this resolved.  We can't afford to purchase new licenses.  

Bump.  Please help asap, as we have a few student chroma-key projects that are stuck. 

I have licensing for approximately 20 copies of Pinnacle 15 for a K-12 school district.  We are having the same issue.
