Thanks for the reply.  I should have mentioned in my posting that I tried saving the file to the desktop and ran the setup from there.  I also tried running setup as an administrator.  Unfortunately I got the same poor result.

I have changed my hard drive and had to reload some software.  I reloaded Studio 12 without a problem except for the Winter Pack.  When I go to load the Winter Pack I get a ''Server not available message''  I have the original software on disc so I do not know why I need to contact a server.  I am using Windows 7 and Firefox as ...
