Yes, I tried them in the Importer in PS24 Ultimate, but they don't show up. Didn't try them in PS23 Dazzle because I got rid of that. I'll have to look into that audio synch issue from Bandicam to PS24. Thanks for the heads up.

I've solved my import problem. I bought some video (HDMI, composite, component) to USB converters. I bought some video capture software (Bandicam) that can capture HD from the USB source. Works real well. I'll be removing PS23 Dazzle in a moment. Now I capture thru the USB devices and then edit using PS24 ...

I ran into the same issue. My ''temporary'' solution was to do exactly what Pinnacle/Corel told me (and you) to do. I uninstalled Pinnacle Studio 24 Ultimate. Then installed their Dazzle version, which is PS23. I was then able to import video thru my Dazzle device. Then I re-installed PS24 Ultimate. I use their ...

Yeah, I guess they are two separate issues. Which is why I'm addressing pulling the desired video clip by a different means. I'll checkout YouTube too, as that would probably be easier. Still leaves me with the issue of my Blu-ray Authoring purchases remaining useless. Hopefully Pinnacle will actually resolve these issues ...

The Blu-ray authoring plug-ins I had previously purchased worked just fine under PS22, PS23, and PS24.

Ahh. Thank you. I didn't know that shortcut.
I tried it, and it didn't work. The M2TS files copied over just fine onto my hard drive. I tried to import them into PS23 Dazzle and PS24 directly from the Blu-ray disc and again from the folder I had copied them into on my hard drive. I get a ''could not import ...

I'm copying the M2TS files over to my hard drive now.
What do you mean by ''Quick import''?

Excuse me. I accidentally hit the Post button too soon.
Using the ''Restore Purchase'' link in the help menu was the first thing I tried. That's what resulted in the error message I kept getting.
As mentioned, trying the Blu-ray disc in other players, trying different Blu-ray discs in my optical drive, and using PS24 to ...

That was, of course, one of the first things I tried. That's how I got the error message in the first place.

Given the issues with PS24 importing thru the Dazzle device,
I followed Corels instructions and installed Pinnacle Studio 23 for
Dazzle. So I'm using PS23 Dazzle for
importing and PS24 for editing and burning.
I tried to import a video clip from a Blu-ray disc in PS23 Dazzle. Got an error message that Blu-ray ...
