Hi Candive and All I think I've found the issue. For some reason Pinnacle wan't picking up the MP4's from my USB3 Hard Drive (where the MP4's were stored) when it was connected to a USB3 port. I've connected to a USB2 port and I can see them now. Apologies for the false alarm Regards Steve 

Hi,  I've just bought a GoPro Max and I can't import the non 360 MP4 videos into P23 as the import tool only recognises the JPEGS from the camera, not the MP4's.This kind of suggests P23 doesn't like MP4's but I know that's not the case as I can import MP4's I have previously created from other projects so it must be something to do with ...

Sorry for any confusion, I've just rebooted my PC and gone through the transitions section by section. Now it's only the Hollywood FX ones which are showing the Hollywood FX icon so I assume that these need to be bought. I will close the thread, thanks to Tony P who replied.

Continuing the saga on this post.... Based on Saby's wise words that said scorefitter would take a long time to render I gave up trying to create an MP3 file with all the scorefitter tracks in it and decided to just listen to each track, one at a time by selecting each score fitter track icon in the library and clicking the little play ...
