I've also Windows Movie Maker, but I don't use it. It's strange that the .AVI files worked well until a few weeks ago...

I've just converted a from YouTube downloaded video (in .MP4) to .AVI and it works! Only the .AVI files from my camera don't work...

Strange... Do you know if I have to change some settings?

It's an Olympus VG-120.

I've filmed some videos in .AVI with an Olympus Digital Camera in HD in 720p. In another viewer ther play OK. The .MOV files are filmed with an extensive camera in 1080p.

When I import them, I only see a black screen. Also on the timeline there is only a black screen with sound... The title of this subject is not so good, I know :p

Is there any way to import .MOV and .AVI files in Pinnacle Studio 16 without converting the files to .MP4? Thanks!

I just saw that I'm using Pinnacle Studio 16 and not 15... I add .mp4 video's to the library, but they convert automatically to .avi... This is a screenshot of my problem:

Hello everybody. When I have added some video's to the medialibrary in Pinnacle Studio 15, I can't see the video's in the player and the timeline. I only see a black window. Can someone help me please? Thanks!
