Here comes the strange Importer

How to SEND it

Tried many times to send a screen shot  or a jpeg but it doesnt seem to work Can you tell me exactly how to dend it? 

   Here it comes      

When I want to import in Pinnacle 19 , I don't get not the normal Importer that has, the column up to the left, different sources to import from;  DVD, my computer etc. , but an importer that up to the left it says  Import from, and no other alternatives and below Import to ... Thus I can't import from my other ...

Yes  64 version Now I have reinstalled Pinnacle Stidio 18 Ultimate and Red Giant is gone But I'm curious: if i want to transfer Red Giants plugins from Studio 16 to  18 how do i do it properly?   Tommy
