saby: slexpress: saby:I call this a bug.
Do you have a suggestion as to the best way for me to communicate this to Corel?
I'll do it.
I have tested this several times with the latest patch 26.1.0.238 and I still have the issue. This was on the list of fixes but unfortunately it is not fixed on my end.

Tony P:Keep us up to date if Pinnacle decides to deal with this.
In my tests, the new patch 26.1.0.238 has fixed this issue. Thanks Corel.

I already bought PS26U. There is enough benefits to me to keep PS26U even though this issue still exits. It obviously is not an important issue for them to apply resources to fixing the problem in the last year. I just find it frustrating that support just decides to stop communicating with me on the issue even though they acknowledged I provided ...

Tony P:Just tried 5.1 with my 7.1 headphones, and it's still there..... bummer if you are doing this type of work.
Yes it is a bummer especially since I opened a ticket with Corel 9/14/2021 and they refused to respond to my inquires for a status update on my open ticket after 12/16/2021.

GDalba:Has anyone tried if PS 26U have fixed it?
I can also confirm it has not been fixed in PS26U.

GDalba:Also I have encountered this problem even with the latest update.
I agree that it still does not work after the update. I have had an open ticket with Corel on this issue since 9/14/2021 and I have not had any communication from them since 10/14/2021, which was basically engineering is working on it and I will let you know when i hear ...

ljavres:Hi.
My one cent.
Time freezing and popping sounds has been part of my life also in earlier versions of PS.
When you time freeze a videoclip you freeze both the video and the audio channel.
My way of getting rid of the popping sound is to detach the audio track and delete it and only freeze the video track, even if your clip does not ...

jjn:..........is another anomoly?
Another anomaly (aka anomoly, a double one ) is I mentioned in my original post that if you use the time freeze delete option it doesn't just delete the time freeze you have your pointer on, it deletes all time freezes on a continuous clip. So, I tried splitting the clip to see if I could then delete ...
