This week I tried to import two seemingly nonstandard videos from simple phones into the PS23, and the program didn't play the videos. I imported them to the PS22 and it worked. Has anyone had this experience?

Tested with: MPC-HC, PowerDVD 13, QuickTime Player and VLC Media Player. They all ran well. The slow to start is really only in WMP. I will remove it from default. I always keep the K-Lite Codec updated. Can you tell if there's anything I can do in WMP to fix this?

Played only through WMP. I have others but I have not tried.

I still don't know if it's a problem, configuration or some other factor, but when I export MPEG-4 Visual on PS23 U, the final video takes several seconds to play. Exporting in H.264 / AVC plays normally. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Ok. The camera records in 2.0. Then it should work on W10. However, it is sad that I can no longer generate Dolby Digital 5.1, nor can I import and export Dolby 2.0 on PS23 W7. I would like to understand why. Thanks

I use W7 but I have W10 too, but I read a post from you that said it wouldn't work on W10 either. Has it been resolved on W10? If so I can migrate to it.
