  • Re: HELLO DEVELOPERS STUDIO 17 - PROBLEMS with your Product

Thank for that Ingolf. I'll start one over here, and perhaps with your language skills you can help sync them up?

  • Re: GoPro cameras, etc. ...

Well, it doesn't look as if the GoPro wifi app is real time enough for anything serious anyway. Check out the DJI phantom 2 VISION, though. That has it's own wifi built in and they have shifted the TX frequencies. Now what they need is a Vison 2 that allows you to use a gropro instead of the built in camera

  • Re: Audio effects can be copied but corrections cannot

You can apply corrections to entire clips in the Library before you use them. Would this help, or would you have to remake the entire movie? It looks like an anomaly that the Audi corrections tab has more corrections available than the effects tab. In the Video corrections the only one is also available as an effect.

Well, why don't we make one? In German and in English? I know about the black frames in H.264 footage. It too is a showstopper.

Has the German forum complied a list of faults? I'd like to see one on the English forum. We would need to distinguish between items that are feature requests, minor bugs with workrounds, and real showstoppers. For example, have you tried making an MPEG-2 file from the PAL version of the sky-is-the-limit sample movie? In Studio 17 the result is ...

  • Re: Move Video Clips and/or Photos left or right on Timeline.

You need to understand that the new version of Studio can work in either Smart, overwrite or Insert mode. When in Smart mode it chooses what it thinks is the best choice for you. If you don't get what you want, hold down the ALT key and it switches modes (in most cases). I assume that at this stage you are just working with one track. You are ...

  • Re: Sudden problem with dropping frames

Just because a disturbance is too small to register on the screen doesn't mean it isn't big enough to cause the digitising process to hicuup. You should clean your heads regularly anyway otherwise you are eventually going to suffer from bad recordings. I'm assuming you have cleaned the heads in the last 5 years, so running a cleaning tape through ...

  • Re: Increasing the number of colors for the fonts

Hi, and welcome to the forum Yes, there is, or should be. The screenshot is from 17 Ultimate but 16 is the same. There are possible reasons why you can't do this:You aren't looking in the right place.Your installation is incomplete or corrupt. It might be that font colour selection is dependent on hardware being available and you don't have that ...

Have you cleaned the heads on your camera recently?

  • Re: GoPro cameras, etc. ...

The price seems to be going up and up here. Looking at footage shot by the standard Phantom and a Gopro, it isn't brilliantly stable but with care is still fascinating to watch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RMjH1rOvbHY The Gimbals do make a significant difference http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0N9s31AJL4Q The mark 1 Phantom - the cheap ...
