Yes, just use white balance as an effect, it's in colour/image correction GPU. When you use it as an effect you can copy and paste it.
The conceptual difference is that corrections are designed to be used on whole files in the library, and effects on individual clips. Unfortunately that's not how people used them, and instead of making ...

Tony P:Magix's VPx series is a more upscale program
designed for the real prosumer/pro editors that use codec that the
consumer programs for the most part do not even have. How many consumers
are out there using ProRes, XDCAM, and DVCPro? Sure, there are some,
but the majority of consumers have their consumer camcorders. I would

A patch for Studio 17 was released yesterday (16th January) although apparently none of the moderators were told about it.

Studio 17 does have an option to import projects from S12. How well it will work may depend on the complexity of the project. I wouldn't count on it being able to preserve anything to do with menus. Audio changes, effects and titles may have issues as well.
There is supposed to be a trial version out in the near future, and if you aren't aware of ...

I don't have Premeire Pro, so I don't know what options it has, and I also don't know your workflow. Are you are making montages for further editing in Premier? In that case you could try Uncompressed AVI, but its not just the size of storage that makes those files a problem, its the fact that they can rarely be played back in real time.
If you ...

It's more likely that you don't have the codec for what is in the AVI - they can hold virtually any type of video. Are mp4 and h.264 unlocked on your system? Check the contents of the AVI with Mediainfo or suchlike. Will it play in Windows Media Player?
