I tried with another user account. It showed nothing, too.

I tried with another computer. Dazzle works with my laptop (though poorly because of bad specs)   And on a sidenote: EasyCAP started working with my computer, too. I found an unofficial update to it which made it work 

Yes, I have updated IDVDR. Other capture programs are also up-to-date or have worked before. Yes, I can see DVC 101 in Capture Source being listed there. Yes, I have triple-checked them now, and it's how it's suppose to be.
