I'm still looking for some suggestions on this if any. I've contacted support and they have not got back to me on this issue. 

Video is Go Pro at 2.7k and 30fps. I have replicated this with footage from a Sony HXR-NX30 professional camera at 1920X1080 and 60fps. That's two separate cameras. You mean the info studio gives about a particular file? If that's what you need I can do it. Just wanted to make sure.

My original files are in 1920x1080 60fps AVCHD at 28mbs. The original files are LCPM audio compression.  There is no issue with these files when viewed in Windows Media Player. They aren't corrupted. I see you're having trouble with PS17.  For some reason PS17 is not loosing sync and PS19 is. I edit in PS19 then have to open the project in PS17 to render it. I If don't it'll loose sync.
