Hi,
Thanks for your message. There weren't any pop-up requestors during installation other than it failed at the end. No icons for launching have appeared and 26 doesn't appear in add/remove programs. I tried the installation on an underpowered laptop and it loaded fine.

Hi,
I am trying to install the trial on my Windows 10 machine but I get ''We encountered a problem while installing Pinnacle Studio. Please restart and retry the install process.'' I have done that but the same requestor appears. Thanks for any assistance.

Hi,
It seems to me that I used to select multiple stills, right click, and then select ''Adjust duration'' to change the onscreen time for all the pictures. It seems now when I do this only the first clip has a change in duration. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi,
I have completed two videos using the new Corel Videostudio 2022 which now has proxy editng using the creation of ProRes files. I was able to edit high bitrate UHD video smoothly on my modest system which would be impossible with Pinnacle Studio. I would switch back to Pinnacle in an instant if this SmartProxy function could be adopted ...

Hi Todd,
Just out of curiosity, have you tried using a 24fps (23.976) timeline for the clips rather than 30fps? This requires less a speed change (75% of original if filmed at 18fps). I do this with my Super 8 reels and it seems to work well.

Hi,
The way I do dolly zoom effects in Pinnacle Studio is to film the subject while I move towards (or away) from the subject keeping it in focus but not zooming. The subject is static. I then bring the clip onto the timeline and open up the ''Pan and Zoom'' tab. Enabling keyframes, I keyframe the first frame. I then go to the final ...
