Images are suddenly distorted.
It looks like fabric / tissue / cloth (all little squares)
Resetting and reinstalling won't help.
Exporting or previewing after rendering is fine, but it's impossible to work like that.
Does someone know this problem ?

There is a Reset thumbnails feature in the Control panel of PS26 :

I tried that button various times, to no avail.

Restored, reinstalled...

The issue is:

- With all the thumbs in the library (except if I add new clips)
- With the thumbs in the timeline (except if I split a clip, in that case the new created thumbs at beginning and end of the new "clip" are correct)
- And most annoyingly, in the preview windows (except if I render the movie at that moment, in such case, the image becomes normal).

The image looks like a sort of mesh full of vertical and horizontal lines making little squares, image is vaguely visible behind but cut in various parts, and colors like green, pink...

Complete reset of PS26 might cure it :

Rename  C:\Users\Yourusername\AppData\Local\Pinnacle_Studio_26\Studio to C:\Users\Yourusername\AppData\Local\Pinnacle_Studio_26\Studio.old and restart PS26.

Warning : it will set PS26 to the exact same state of its 1st installation.

 

Thanks, I already done the full reset, I also uninstalled it completely with IObit Uninstaller, and reinstalled.
Same thing.
