We have several versions of Pinnacle 24 in use on various systems, all Windows 10 except one.  One of our interns has a Win 11 laptop that he has been using daily editing since January.  All of a sudden last week, clips played in Pinnacle 24 show an audio graph, but no audio comes out of the speakers or headphone jack.

Same project works fine in Pinnacle 23 with audio coming out of the speakers.  I have looked at his Pinnacle 24 config and can't find anything he could have clicked on in Pinnacle to mute the audio.   This is the only Windows 11 PC we currently have in use.

Check out PS24 slider in Windows audio mixer (loudspeaker icon in Windows taskbar).

I did and the audio for all other apps, including Pinnacle 23 is ok.  Pinnacle 24 is only app having a problem.  Thank you for the suggestion.

Below the preview window of PS24, in the controls bar there is a small loudspeaker icon. Might be muted.
