Hi,

I have had Mercalli V 2 stabilizer by Prodad for very long time now and it has worked fine with all versions of Pinnacle until now with Pinnacle 25U. It works fine in Pinnacle 24U. It shows up under Fx and I can drop the icon on to a clip, but I can not get it to run. I have uninstalled both Pinnacle 25U and Mercalli V 2 and restarted the computer and re installed all again. But it does not work.

I have been in contact with Prodad in Germany and they said: It could be that Pinnacle Studio 25 no longer supports the somewhat older plug-in interface in some system configurations. Mercalli V2 is not the problem. We can not fix that.

So, I have taken this opportunity to ask here, if someone have had the same problem and got it working.

I will soon get a new computer and will try this again in WIN 11.
