I purchased the upgrade so I can capture video from my old video camera but setup says it can't find a compatible version of Pinnacle Studio. I just purchased and installed Studio 25 on my Windows 10 Home 64 bit machine so looking for some help.

What's the exact name of the file that you have downloaded ?

Yes I saw it. Thanks for your answers. It helps Corel figuring out why they are delivering the wrong version when purchased In app.

They made sure that all the servers have been updated. Nobody should no longer have this problem.

From where and when is your download ?

Same problem here. Purchased it last week. When ik want to open it in Studio 25 ultimate clicking on import-multicame capture, the program shut's down. 

The name of the file is:  MultiCam_Capture_1.2.5.489

Does anyone have a solution? 

How did you purchase it ? In-app, via the Pinnacle Studio's home page or from the website ?
