max bit rate: 768 kb per sec ...that is odd. how can this be when avg bit rate is 39 mb/s? can this be artificially set by the creating pgm? if so, why wd it be set this way? this is a vifdeo file from my son's wedding video. they missed stuff that i wanted to fold in. i wonder if this cd be set artificially as a cheap way of stopping editing?

update -- i downloaded a cheap video editor and it imported this file just fine. so this is a bug, pinnacle.  i'd rather use pinnacle , tho. i wonder if st25 would fix this? can i try a trial somewhere? link?

If you can upload to the cloud and short file that is problematic for others to test and see if it works in PS25?
