I installed PS24 on 7/13. I was somewhat surprised to find that NewBlue effects are no longer bundled with the program. No great impact since I have PS21.

Then this morning I see that there is another version of PS24 with some of the effects now offered as a "free gift" as NewBlue art effects.   The emails i received this offer is not the same as my current registered PS24.

I have been using Pinnacle studio since 2016 and for the most part very satisfied with them. Overall I was happy with PS24 I have not fully evaluated all the changes but so far so good.

Now, am I entitled to the new "free gift" after only a week after purchase?

Also will I see the new offer in the email attached to my last purchase?

Can I  re- download PS24 ,reinstall and get the art effects bonus?

You would not receive the freebie.

Sorry, nothing given away. Yes, the timing wasn't good because no one knows when the software is going on sale.

An option might be to get a refund and buy what you received in the email, or.... contact customer support. This forum is a user-to-user forum.... 

I got same email this morning PS 24 U at $64.95 plus NB Art Effects.

I got same PS 24 U price, without NB Art Effects on  June 28 and July 5, 2021.

Is a new version around the corner?

I hope is a patch.

...sadly, I get no emails.... no "love" from Pinnacle.....

Martin, are you using PS 24 with the last patch?

I've got the patch on my laptop, without any problems, however the desktop crawls if i have the patch on there, so that has had the patch removed
