i have an avi video with green on the border.

what i need is to make what is green transparent.

so far it is just black.

 how do i do this the right way?

do i have to save it as any particular file type?

It's not possible to create a video file with alpha channel in PS12.

does that mean the green area will not be transparent?

I just googled and found this link:

This shows that you can use the chroma key function in Pinnacle Studio 12.
I hope that I understand the problem and that my hint works and solves the problem.
