Re: Default title not found
Have you tried Reset yet? I'd try that first before doing anything else.

Re:Default title not found
What do you find into C:\Users\Public\Documents\Pinnacle\Studioxy\Content\MotionTitles\-Special ? There should be BlankTitle.Title.axt and BlankTitle.Title.png If BlankTitle.Title.axt is missing, this is the cause of the problem.

Re: Re:Default title not found
Do you have only one Content folder on your machine ? I want to make sure that you're looking into the right one.

Re: Re:Default title not found
In this screenshot the path for My Titles is C:\Users\Martin Reading\onedrive\Documents\Pinnacle... In your previous screenshot the path was including onedrive too ?

This doesn't include one drive as it's public

Re: Re:Default title not found
Have you tried installing in the Bonus Content folder the necessary missing content? TitleExtreme?

Re: Re:Default title not found
Here is how to do another RESET. Where you have your installation files when you initially downloaded the software to install. Go to this folder 64bit\BonusContent/TitleExtreme and see if you can run TitleExtreme.msi

Is your content, titles & ps assets, on onedrive? I can't imagine that working

No, public folders aren't on one drive, this has only just happened which makes it really puzzling

Re: Re:Default title not found
An alternative (maybe less destructive?) to CCleaner would be to use the Pinnacle "Regdelete" tool" (there was a new release that included cleaning for PS24)
FWIW - unless you are careful during Windows 10 setup, OneDrive is automatically set as the default save location for all user documents, pictures etc. If that has happened to you, you can "undo" that in the OneDrive settings, then manually move the files out of their folders under OneDrive back to "where they should be" Also, there seem to have been issues in the past with OneDrive moving random files/folders to the recycle bin - don't know if/when those issues were fixed... Regards, Richard
