1.  Is there a way to adjust the timeline scrollbar to a certain length and have it remain steady till adjusted otherwise? 

2. The "GROUP" feature that groups clips together stays  on for how long? ( for me it disappears with each exit/ quit the program) Is it possible to stay on till "ungroup"?
