hi last year i got studio backlot for free for a limited time i found it very informative but since then i havent used my software and ive forgotten everything i learned about studio 22 can anyone guide me to some free basic training please ... thankyou in advance

Look at some of the tutorials on his channel. Yes, they are not for PS22, but PS21 is close enough. Sadly, he no longer makes videos for Pinnacle.
