I've tried several times to apply color corrections to Library media without success.  The user guide says "apply the changes you want and click OK to return to the project. The corrected media file can now be added to projects...." 

The problem is that there is no OK button!  Nor anything else that looks like it would cause the changes to be applied. When I return to the library, there is no change to the media. 

I also couldn't get color corrections to apply to the timeline.  Tried with and without setting keyframes at beginning and end.  No change.

Any suggestions?

Which version have you got

I haven't seen an ok button for many versions.  Maybe it's just an omission in the manual?  The color corrections happen live if your timeline cursor is over the selected clip you are correcting the color on.

Kiteflyer: I have version 24.0.2.219 (64-bit).

The change is instant.  If you drag a slider you should see the change immediately.

Depends on what your render playback optimization is set to in the config. If it is low near zero, it will not render the entire clip, only the frame when you make the changes.  If it is not so low, it will render the entire clip with the adjustments when you either move the timeline cursor off the clip, or close the editor tab and go back to the library.

I take that all back.  I didn't notice you where using keyframes until your screen shot attachment.  I have noticed an issue where keyframe color corrections do not stick.  The values change when you move the keyframe slider, but the image does not change.  Not sure if it exports correctly, but it definitely has a bug previewing keyframe basic color corrections.

This just happened to me last week.  I was trying to adjust the brightness on a diving clip using keyframes. I was trying to make it not flare up when coming out of the water.  I would make the adjustments, but when I clicked off that keyframe to another keyframe and came back, the correction values show, but the frame was no longer adjusted,

 

Thanks acsscott.  I have Playback Optimization set to 100%.  I only added the keyframes to see if it would cause the corrections to be applied to the whole clip, after it failed without them.  

 I guess I'll just put it down to yet another major defect and use a different program for color corrections.   

If you turn off keyframes, color correction works perfect in PS24U.  I've never had an issue with it.

Takes some time to render out but I've used them successfully on a mask track, admittedly without key frames
