I have got the Pinnacle Studio 12 disk and I'd like to know if there is any way to update it into newer versions for free or cheaper than buying it new. Thanks

You can purchase an upgrade version of PS24 at a reduced cost.

But don't know how/where make the reduced cost version.

Buy the Upgrade version instead of the Full version and you get a € 20 discount.
