Dazzle DVC100 distorted Output since Windows Version 2004

I have used the Dazzle DVC100 Rev.1.1 for many, many years in VirtualDub to record tapes. I am using the "Dazzle Video Capture DVC100 X64 Driver 1.08" driver which is in device-manager "5.2012.0416.4405".

After I upgraded Windows to Version 2004 or now it's 20H2, all the recordings are distorted and the Inserted Frames rise up. The settings are the same as before.

Does anyone encounter the same issue?

So I checked in the package of the Pinnacle Studio 24, if there is maybe one newer driver, but no, it's still the 1.08 from 2015.

The difference I have noticed between 2004 and any Windows verison below is, that in 2004 in device-manager it is called "Dazzle DVC100 Video Device" and "Dazzle DVC100 Audio Device".

in 1909 or lower it is "Dazzle DVC100 Video Device" and just "DVC100". Of course they are using the same driver.

Currently I have set up an older system to record further, but it feels unsatisfying not to use on my main system anymore...
