I was documenting a problem with fastest playback preview issue corrupting the frame rate of BG render files and ran into this issue. 

Open a project, select a clip, use Ctrl-C or copy from the edit menu to copy a clip, open a new project, use Ctrl-V or paste from the edit menu and PS24 crashes.

Again, I can't reproduce this with my own footage.

I'm thinking it's 4K H.265 related.  Most of my issues seem to stem from that.  There is some loss of decoding and encoding frame rate conversion, cursor frame rendering & position, and more in PS24 between H.265 and what seems like all other formats.  Doesn't matter what hardware acceleration.  PS23 was getting pretty good at handling it.

None of the browsers (Chrome, Edge, FF) I tried seem to be able to access your site and/or videos. A typical message I get is: The server at www.acscontrol.com is taking too long to respond.
