In Google's wisdom, for subscribers to your Youtube channel that ring the "bell" when they subscribe, they will no longer be getting email notifications as of August 13, 2020.

Yes on their cells, but on the desktop? NO!

Desktop users who watch their Youtube subscribed channels now have to ENABLE the ability to receive email notifications.
