How to use a mid-video snapshot as the icon on the saved file -

New User here - I want my saved file icon  (i.e., projectX.mp4) to show a snapshot from the center of the video - currently, the saved file icon is the first frame of the video - I can "cheat" and place the snapshot that I snagged from the middle of the video at the very beginning of the video for a second or so, but I don't want to do that.....  hoping that there is a simple way to do that, but maybe not.

Do you want this to show up as the thumbnail for the video when it's displayed in the PS Library, or in other programs/the operating system?

Nothing you can do in Studio about it. It's Windows that create the thumbnail of the video file displayed in Windows Explorer. You need an external tool to modify this picture.
