    Delete unused tracks

Seems like a silly question, but how do you delete unused tracks?  I've been looking everywhere I can think of to check but can't find it.

I created a bunch of blank tracks in a project, but then didn't use them.  It's a pain to have to scroll down every time I open the project to the active lines.  I guess I could copy all and and move content up or reorder the tracks, but is there really no way to delete an empty track?

Right click in the left area of the Track you want to delete (the area with the padlock and other icons) to open the drop down menu and select 'delete track' in the list.  NOTE: Probably a similar process to the way you added the tracks.

Yes, you can add tracks above or below the selected track.

    Ok, so here's a follow-on question.  (I knew I wasn't going crazy!)

What mode am I getting into that when I right-click on the track, instead of bringing up the menu, it just puts a tiny black square on the spot where I clicked?  The only way I could get out of that mode is to re-start the program, and them I'm able to access the right-click menus.

Are you right clicking on a clip. a gap or the track header? Nothing comes to mind, perhaps you could post s screenshot.
