was having problems burning blu-ray discs, but a clean install of win 10 and ps 19 ul seem to fix all issues with ps 19ul, question is do I have to do anything with these plug-ins that was on ps19 before the re-install, : H.264  :Dolby Digital 5.1
    : Dolby 2 Channel : MP3: Dream Glow: MPEG-2 Codec.

You may need to reinstall them again. If the old keys don't work, PM a moderator your email address and passport number.

I don't think those activation keys are relevant anymore (change introduced in Studio 18?); I do not see any activation keys in PS19 here (but do still have them in older versions (16 + legacy versions)). But if authoring a Blu-ray disc works using default settings ("fit to disc" preset - H.264 video + Dolby 2-channel audio), that would at least prove that you already have those features as-standard in Studio 19 (and working without needing to add any activation keys). Furthermore, Studio 19's user interface doesn't contain any tool with which those old keys could be inserted...

Dream Glow was originally a "free with registration" effect that could be unlocked in earlier versions of Studio - here it does again appear to be built-in to Studio 19 and not need an activation key; you will see several stock presets for the effect in the Library under "Effects -> Camera".

I think that he might be referring to the activation keys for PS10, since he also mentioned it in his comment.
