My Hp computer is 8 years old and I plan to replace it. I plan to purchase another HP because it has been a flawless computer for all these years. I read the system requirement page for Pinnacle studio 23 Ultimate and then went to he HP web site. There are so many options available it makes my head spin.I would like a computer that is capable of 4K editing. Do I need a gaming computer like the Omen? The system requirements listed by Pinnacle suggests Nvidia GeForce 700series graphics card if I want Cuda support but I don't see the 700 series listed with the Omen gaming computers on the HP web site.
I plan to get the 9th i7 generation Intel processor with a primary SSD
Is RAM of more than 16GB unnecessary?
What graphic card should I get? Is a GeForce GXT better than the GeForce 700 series?
