    Image quality degradation

Why is it that when I send some images to the timeline there is a degradation in quality? And yet when I click on the image in the library the quality is excellent!

What he said above, and what is the resolution of your images vs the timeline resolution?

    Merci cousin!

Selecting Best Quality made all the difference.

Someone also suggested  to check images vs the timeline resolution?

I'm not sure what that means.

You should know that export doesn't depend on preview quality.

Let say thta your timeline is set to Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and that you import a 4K photo (3840 x 2160). Whatever the preview quality setting, you may consider that the quality of this photo is degraded.
