I just upgraded to PS22 and watched backlots video lessons buy Paul Holtz. He mentioned about Lower Thirds graphics. 
As far as I understand they are not the pat of the PS package. Is there any way to purchase / download / create ?

Or if you point me to the  right direction it would be great.

Yes, some lower thirds are delivered by default in Studio. They are all belonging to the Titles category.

For example : Bonus Content, Premium pack 1, Professional - Generic 1 ROLL FULLSCREEN 16x9

It's just an example. There are plenty others.
