I have been unable to get a 360 video to work successfully on YouTube.
The camera has two lens and outputs Double Fish Eye video.
The Theta App for the PC can convert it to Equirectangular format. I think this just stitches the double fisheye images together.
I therefore have two possible formats that could be used for editing in Pinnacle 22.
Within Pinnacle there are a few 360 format choices also to say noting of frame rate, resolution etc.
One format Spherical Panorama provides the view I need but it seems YouTube want to do its own conversion to that format?
I have tried many combinations and nothing works.
It uploads to YouTube fine but does not work as expected where you drag the mouse around (Spherical Panorama).
Does anyone have a procedure of getting a video from a Ricoh Theta S 360 camera, being able to at least trim and upload to YouTube?
