Hello. 

On Importing 4k files from my Sony A7rii, some clip are fine and others play with un-synched sound. I have tried importing from several drives and from the original sd card to no avail. The bad files play ok outside of Pinnacle 18.

Welcome to the forum. 

What are your computer specs?  What version of Studio are you using and have you installed the latest patch?

Where are you previewing the file - in the timeline or in the Library/Bin?

What are your preview settings in the Control Panel?

Is the file out of synch if you export it?

I am using Windows 10 with a 3 GHz processor and 6GB RAM. 

The same issue happens whether I preview from the timeline or from the library.

 I will test what happens on export.
