Hi,

I Bought the Dazzle Video Creator Platinum HD and it comes with Pinnacle Studio 15 DVD. I want to use it to copy my old Sony Video 8 tapes to my computer.

Unfortunately the DVD is warped and i can only barely manage to install the main program (after many tries, tried it on 3 different drives).

I tried to burn the disc to an image file, but that won't work because of the same disc read errors. 

On the other stuff i get a read error from the disc. So it can not be installed.

Although i registered the product with the genuine serial that came with the disc. These are the Hollywood FX extra's vol. 1, 2 and 3.

Is there a digital copy available which also has the extra's for me to install?

Yes i have the serial and the original disc and i can send you a copy from my ebay order.
