Pinnacle Studio Ultimate 14: Re-install without losing projects?

Recently  when creating disc content without burning to DVD, the operation has crashed (see sample BSD dump below).

It has been doing this at random places - sometimes it gets halfway through.

In case the Studio code has got corrupted I want to re-install from the original DVD in the Studio package I bought.

Is it possible to remove and re-install without losing the files of the project I'm working on?

Where does Studio keep the user's project files?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Uninstalling and reinstalling the program should not affect any files that you need to keep, unless YOU have put them in a non-default location.  In any event, you may want to try a "repair" installation before uninstalling.
