    lost between Corel n Pinnacle reinstall


    I need to re-install S15HDultimate but trying to get to the right site and appropriate "click" link to do this is mind boggling to say the least.   I have sticky notes with all sorts of code numbers and passwords and product whatever numbers that its actually sickening.
     
    SIMPLY : HOW THE        DO I GET MY S15HDU RE-LOADED ?

    Do you have the disc or was it a download version?

    In effort to perhaps speed things up, here's what I've done so far:   I've been to my Pinnacle account which shows my purchases, they are all download versions, then moved as directed to Corel to "close in" on the sought after activity, re-download, just to find many of my not-so-old Pinnacle purchases don't show up in my "Corel Account"   It was just last Fall that I needed to re-download my Studio15HD Ultimate from Pinnacle and it went off without a hitch

    Thank you thank you but I'm back up.  I found the answer in previous posts on this same problem I experienced last year.  employed the instructions and IT WORKS NOW !  I guess it's a good idea to every-so-often re-install the program for optimum performance.  I realize now that my PC carries the software for re-installation of S15.  WHEWBig Smile
