Zero customer serivce for paying customers.

    Zero customer serivce for paying customers.

    I am just unable to get hold of anyone to help me with my issue. I have tried the website which just takes you round in circles of the faqs if you are an app purchaser like I am. 

     

    All I can say is my purchase is now unusable and I feel like I have been hoodwinked.

    Is this relating to the other posts you have made, or a further problem?

    The situation appears to be that the member of staff who dealt with the iPad app is no longer with the company. I was told that someone would be be replacing them, but there has been no announcement.

    There are far fewer users of this app than for the PC versions, othrwise I'd say that you could get help here,
