The CPU on my PC recently burned out so I had a new one fitted and re-installed Windows XP. I tried to re-install Avid Liquid 7 but it has not fully opened. HFX 5.5 has not appeared at all and Title Deco Pro says that the computer machine number is wrong and is operating as a 90 day trial. I obtained a new activation key in October but this does not make any difference. HELP!! I keep trying, but I'm just going round in circles! Can I re-install these programmes?

You need new activation keys with the current machine number. They are linked together.

Anyway, I will be perhaps upgrading my computer soon, and I will be faced with the same problem. You said I need new activation keys, but I am wondering if there is even a site that supports generating new keys? Is there? If so, will it support all the Avid/Liquid software, such as Title Deko, etc.?

The sites still seem to exist to generate new activation keys. They should work. I do not think we can get any further help from Pinnacle/Corel for Liquid. Here are some places to generate keys:
