I have a keycode for the h264 plugin but when I try to install it I get a message that it is associated with a different passport. I still have Studio 14 on my pc and the plugin works fine. I upgraded to Avid Studio and everything else works. how do I get the plugin activated?

H264 should automaticvally be activated without a different code. Where did you get this code from? If it's from S14 then the pasport will be different - you should just use Regenerate Activation codes from the help menu. HOWEVER - that futction doesn't seem to be working ATM. I have regenerated my codes but I still get the error message. What else can I do? I have had Avid Studio since it came out but never noticed that the plugin wasn't enabled.

Thanks for your help. The Pixie tool wasn't working right in windows 7. Using windows 8 I was able to regenerate the for the plugin and it was accepted/
